Mare Beyen
Mare Beyen is a change management practitioner with a specialty in transition and intercultural communication. For the past 10 years she has consulted with Fortune 50-500 companies coaching their global executive families through personal transition. Her coaching includes the decision to relocate, repairing derailed relocations, and transforming resistance to change. Her past clients include C-suite executives of FMC Corporation, Johnson Matthey, Nutrisystem, and Comcast.
As an entrepreneur, she pioneered a new business model to address the human side of relocation. Her method was honed and tested while living in Brazil where she consulted at a private American school consisting of students from 30 countries.
Having a fine art and design background, Mare brings a unique sensitivity to imagery and symbols as tools of communication. Dedicated to the arts, Mare has served as an adviser to Independent Television Services on their Indie Lens Pop-Up program featuring award-winning PBS documentaries. You may have seen her facilitating community conversations on tough issues (human trafficking, transgender youth, juvenile delinquency) and moderating an expert panel in Philadelphia’s National Liberty Museum, Bryn Mawr Film Institute, or The Pyramid Club.
Mare is an experienced meeting and retreat facilitator and a Prosci Certified Change Management expert. She is skilled in teambuilding, coaching, and internal communications.
Additionally, she serves on the Community Advisory Board of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She has two children and lives in Center City, Philadelphia.

Mare is an experienced meeting and retreat facilitator and a Prosci Certified Change Management expert. She is skilled in teambuilding, coaching, and internal communications. Her past clients have included Comcast, FMC Corporation, and NutriSystems.
As an entrepreneur, she pioneered a new business model to address the human side of relocation, and authored original methodology. Her method was honed and tested while living in Brazil where she consulted at a private American school consisting of students from 30 countries. Prior to living in Brazil she was editor of a regional magazine adding storytelling to her repertoire.

She currently serves as an adviser to Independent Television Services on their Indie Lens Pop-Up program that brings award-winning PBS documentaries to the community to “start the conversation” on tough issues.
