Julie Donley

Julie Donley works with leaders to bring out their best thinking so they can achieve operational efficiencies and create healthy, safe work environments to support the well-being of the workforce. Her experiences in healthcare sparked her passion for coaching, motivational speaking and writing.

For nearly two decades, Julie has coached leaders both externally and internally. She served as an executive healthcare leader for nearly a decade where she also developed leadership training programs and mentored others to advancement opportunities. Her expertise includes helping leaders grow their emotional intelligence, become self-aware, communicate effectively, practice empathy, and utilize coaching skills to create an influential culture resulting in highly productive teams.

Julie earned an EdD in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University, an MBA from DeSales University, and a BS in nursing from Gwynedd Mercy University. She is a graduate of Coach University (CoachU) and is a certified member of the John Maxwell Team. Julie served as VP of Education and President of the local Philadelphia Chapter of the International Coach Federation.

Dr. Donley has authored more than 300 presentations, publications, and eBooks in the areas of self-help, self-management, emotional intelligence, positive change, communication and leadership. For her work, Julie has been recognized by Leadership Excellence Magazine as a Top 100 Thought Leader in Personal Development and received Main Line Today’s “Healthcare Hero” award.
Julie and her husband have three adult children, a cat and a dog, and they both recently began riding motorcycles. She lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA.
