With over 25 years as a coach, senior human resources leader, and management consultant, Kimberly draws on her business experience and tools from across the fields of conscious leadership, appreciative inquiry, positive psychology and human development to help leaders and their teams achieve great results. In previous roles, Kimberly served as vice president of Human Resources for Managers Investment Group, and in the Global Human Resources Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Kimberly has an MBA from Chicago Booth, a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, is a Professional Credentialed Coach through the International Coach Federation, and holds certifications from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, the Conscious Leadership Group, in Immunity to Change Coaching and numerous psychometric assessment tools. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband, two stepdaughters, and one extraordinarily lazy greyhound.
