Paul Curci creates value for businesses at the intersection of strategy, human development, and organizational change. His 25 years of experience advising businesses in the areas of strategic communications has led to his current coaching, consulting and facilitation career.

Paul looks at business performance through the lens of communication, leadership, and strategic alignment—the three factors enabling organizations of any size to grow and effectively navigate change. His expertise includes management and executive coaching, developing high-performing teams, leader assimilation, and strategy implementation. He has coached directors, senior executives and CEO’s of Fortune 500 and other organizations in the technology, biotech, beauty, healthcare, legal, retail, hospitality, entertainment, and creative sectors.

Paul is a CTI trained and ICF certified coach and facilitator. He is certified in the Hogan Assessment tools, and is experienced at delivering DiSC and various other assessments individually and with teams. Paul’s thought leadership on organizational change through self-organizing groups is featured in Productive Workplaces: Dignity, Meaning, and Community in the 21st Century (2012, Weisbord).

His background includes his 15-year tenure as publisher of Philadelphia City Paper, an award winning newspaper serving the Philadelphia region. He is an accomplished painter and sculptor whose works have been featured in prestigious galleries throughout the US and Europe. Paul holds a B.F.A. from Temple University’s Tyler School of Art. Paul lives in Center City Philadelphia with his wife and four children.
