He has found safety, fit and accountability to be at the heart of all good coaching engagements.

Having held a broad array of leadership roles in lower mid-market companies, Robert combines practical, hands-on experience with formal education and training. Representative accomplishments include, turning declining revenues into consecutive year-over-year increases, ranging from 10-34%, reducing overtime costs 90% and maintaining P&L responsibility for budgets of $5.5 million.

He earned a B.S. in Marketing from Drexel University, an M.S. in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a National Association of Wholesalers Distribution Management Certificate from Ohio State University.

Robert completed the core curriculum of the Coaches Training Institute and the advanced course of the Inquiry Institute. He is a Certified DiSC Consultant and Trainer. Robert remains active in Men Mentoring Men, a 501 (c)3 non-profit for which he served as President for 3-years.

The father of three, he is an avid reader of non-fiction who enjoys hiking, cooking, music, and the arts. He lives with his wife in Philadelphia.

Brian Daly is a clinical psychologist and Associate Professor of Psychology at Drexel University with extensive subject matter expertise and experience in the application of science, psychology, technology, and behavioral change strategies for enhancing leadership skills in high-potential and established leaders. He uses his academic background to help bridge the gap between research and practice to improve performance.

Brian has over 20 years of experience in the arena of psychological research and use of evidence-based strategies coupled with an intense interest in business that enables him to help people and organizations unlock their unrealized potential in the most competitive environments. Brian is skilled at leading cross-functional teams, helping organizations set and meet program objectives and goals, develop competencies for mentoring and training, and facilitating relationships across diverse sets of stakeholders.

Brian is the author of 3 books, editor of 1 book, and has published more than 30 peer-reviewed publications and 22 book chapters. He is a frequent presenter at local and national conferences and has been featured in print (e.g., New York Times, Philadelphia Inquirer, The Huffington Post), radio (e.g., WHYY Radio, Minnesota Public Radio), and visual media (e.g., PBS NewsHour). Brian is the father of two “spirited” boys and lives in Center City, Philadelphia.
