Having held pivotal positions in career development at renowned institutions such as Widener University, and Moore College of Art and Design, Shakeyia has demonstrated her passion for guiding individuals through critical career transitions. Her approach focuses on helping clients identify their inherent strengths and aligning them with their career aspirations, ultimately facilitating strategic career moves.

Notably, Shakeyia played a key role in the successful establishment of Naik Engineering Firm’s Philadelphia office, where she not only attracted top talent, but also significantly expanded the firm’s business relationships. Her efforts resulted in securing multi-million dollar projects with prominent entities such as The Philadelphia International Airport, The Southeastern Transportation Authority, The School District of Philadelphia, and the City of Philadelphia.

At Moore College of Art and Design, Shakeyia led a comprehensive reorganization of the Locks Career Center, driving innovation and excellence in career services for students and graduates. Shakeyia holds a Bachelor’s of Science and a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Widener University. She leverages her expertise in administering Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) training to organizations, enabling leaders to understand and effectively communicate with their teams for enhanced performance.
