Rod Sullivan helps people to make better decisions, solve problems, and face their challenges by drawing out their true potential as leaders.

Rod provides businesses and organizations interim IT Management, and Leadership Development services. He has 20 years of management experience in the IT field and 30 years of overall IT experience working for companies such as GE, Lockheed Martin, ADP, Fleet Bank, AmeriGas, Main Line Health and a number of internet startups.

Since 2005, Rod has coached, mentored and advised C-level executives and directors in the areas of IT/business alignment, strategic planning, group coaching, and continuous process improvement. Over the years he has formalized his methods in coaching and in conducting leadership training seminars. His passion for developing leaders has elevated young managers to directors and mid-level managers to senior management.

Rod’s professional affiliations include the John Maxwell Team (Professional Coaches, Trainers & Speakers), TPNG (Technology Professionals Networking Group), Blue Bell Toastmasters Club, and the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. His community activity includes serving as a trainer at the Alpha Development Corporation and on the Men’s Breakfast Ministry at his church.

Additionally, Rod has served as an assistant coach for various youth organizations in the Philadelphia region.

Rod holds an Executive MBA from Temple University Fox School of Business as well as a bachelors degree in Management of Information Systems from Eastern University, St. Davids, Pennsylvania. Rod is also a graduate of Control Data Institute’s Computer Technology Program.
